When you eat it, put it in a bowl, add cooked soybeans, chopped celery and sesame sauce to enjoy it. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili oil.
Tips:
1. Physalis can be made by yourself, that is, the beans are soaked and ground into soy milk, then kept at about 30 degrees, fermented for one day, and it can be used after it has a sour taste.
2. Don't put vinegar in the boiled physalis, otherwise the physalis will condense and settle.
