Physalis Noodles
1.
The cooked soybeans are cooked ahead of time. I cook a lot and use very little. I use the rest to make chili beans.
2.
Wash the dried corn vegetables, it’s better to have dried sesame leaves
3.
Boil the dried vegetables with water until soft, set aside
4.
Wash celery stalks and leaves separately. Celery can choose small parsley or water celery, don’t choose large parsley
5.
Blanch the celery stalks with boiling water and remove the cold water
6.
Control the water and cut into small pieces, sprinkle a little salt to taste for later use
7.
A scoop of lentil physalis, I weighed 1200 grams. The one beside the physalis is lentil jelly.
8.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, fry the chopped green onion and ginger
9.
Pour in physalis and boil, if there is any scum, you can skim it off
10.
Add salt
11.
Boil the noodles with physalis, preferably thin noodles
12.
Add the soft boiled dried vegetables and washed celery leaves
13.
Cook for about two minutes to turn off the heat
14.
When you eat it, put it in a bowl, add cooked soybeans, chopped celery and sesame sauce to enjoy it. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili oil.
Tips:
The physalis can be made by yourself, that is, the beans are soaked and ground into soy milk, then kept at about 30 degrees, fermented for one day, and can be used after the sour taste.
