Pickled Clams

Prepare the ingredients

The purchased clams are soaked in clean water to let them spit out the mud and sand. During the period, the water needs to be constantly changed to clean and stand still

Tips:
1. The clams must be cleaned, otherwise the silt content will greatly affect the taste. You can soak them in clean water, salt water or rice wash water.
