Pickled Peppers

Cut the ribs into strips.

Beat in the egg whites.

Add cooking wine, starch, and mix well.

The ribs are smooth and cooked.

Pour red oil into the pot, add pickled peppers and stir fry, garlic diced.

Pour the ribs and stir fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce to taste.
8.
Add coriander and water starch to thicken.
