Popular Snack Omelet Rice Noodles

1. Group photo of raw materials.

2. Dice carrots, onions, cucumbers, and ham, mince garlic, and chopped green onions.

3. Dry rice noodles in a pan under cold water, cook for 10-12 minutes, stir slightly with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the pan. The specific time can be adjusted according to personal taste. If you like softer, you can cook it longer. After cooking, add cold water in a bowl.

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them into egg liquid. Add a little water starch to make the eggs tender.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the minced garlic.

6. Add onions, carrots, and ham, and stir fry over medium heat.

7. Pour in the previously cooked rice noodles.

Tips:

1. Fried egg skins in a pan will greatly increase the success rate.
2. If you are confident, you can directly wrap rice noodles in the pot without waiting for the egg mixture to solidify. This will make the wrap tighter but it is a certain degree of difficulty. Fry the eggs slightly after they are wrapped, and fry the eggs until they are fully cooked. Or buy eggs that can be eaten raw, after all, safety comes first.
3. If you don't like sour bamboo shoots, you can leave it alone.
