Pork Ribs and Noodle Baked Egg

Mince all the ingredients and blanch the broccoli with boiling water in advance.

Thin noodles are cooked in water.

Put the chopped ingredients in a basin, beat in the eggs, add five-spice powder, salt and mix well, remove the dried noodles and place them in cold water to cool down.

After frying for about 1 minute, the egg liquid sets its shape, turn it over and continue frying for half a minute.

Serve after cooking.

I use a small frying pan for frying steaks. Make exactly 2 of this amount and cut into pieces when you eat.
