This porridge combines four good ingredients such as pumpkin, glutinous rice, millet, and big goose egg white. These four ingredients are rich in nutrients and have many effects. Pumpkin Double Rice and Goose Egg Congee

1. The marinated wild goose eggs.

2. Boil the wild goose eggs until 6 or 7 minutes are cooked.

3. Peel the egg skin.

4. Take the egg whites.

6. Peel the pumpkin and remove its flesh.

7. Cut into hob blocks.
