Pumpkin Glutinous Corn Sticks
1.
Steam the pumpkin and use a blender to make a puree.
2.
Mix the wet glutinous corn flour and dry sticky rice flour, stir into the pumpkin puree, without adding a drop of water, knead the dough while adding the pumpkin puree.
3.
Divide the mixed dough into several doses, wrap the filling like dumplings, knead the dough, wrap it with a layer of white sesame, and put it in a steaming dish with spacers (I use banana leaves, or steam it directly) Brush a layer of oil in the pan).
4.
Bring the water to a boil on a high fire, and steam for about 10 minutes on a medium and small fire (determined according to the size of the finished product).
5.
Get the pot.
6.
Golden color, sweet and soft.
7.
Appreciation of the finished picture.
Tips:
1. Add sticky rice flour (or plain noodles) to the material to keep the finished product in shape after being steamed, so that it will not collapse or not. Just change the amount of sticky rice flour (or plain noodles) to glutinous corn flour.
2. The pumpkin itself has sweetness, so there is no need to add sugar in the dough.
