Pumpkin Ribs Braised Rice

1. The main materials are ready;

2. Mince garlic, cut onion, shiitake mushroom, and pumpkin into small pieces;

3. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and onion and stir fry;

4. Then add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry;

5. Wash and drain the spare ribs and stir-fry until the color changes;

6. Add pumpkin cubes after the ribs change color;

7. Add appropriate amount of water, salt, pepper, and soy sauce, mix well and bring to a boil;

8. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the pumpkin is 80% cooked;

9. After simmering, add the cooked rice;

10. Turn off the heat by mixing evenly.
