3 If you want to change water to milk, there is no problem, but try to choose warm milk, at least to choose normal temperature milk
4 The process of sifting in the flour not only makes the batter more delicate, but also sifts in the air. The final product bulkiness is related to many small details. If time permits, please try to sift the flour.
