Qing Ai Hand Rolled Cold Noodles

Clean the Qing Ai tip

Blanch the Qing Ai with boiling water. I put a little baking soda during the blanching so that it won't change color.

Squeeze into juice with a blender

Wake up with green mugwort juice and good dough for a while

Noodles, cut noodles

Tips:
The ingredients are put according to your own preference. Qing Ai has a special green fragrance, and it will be bitter if you put too much.
