As the saying goes, eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, and now we can all start to get healthy

Quick Turnip Soup

1. Sliced radish

2. Put radish, ginger and white onion in the small milk pot (note, don’t put salt now, radish will not soften easily when you put salt)

3. Bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and put a proper amount of salt after the radish is boiled soft

Tips:

Be sure to remember to put the salt last
