Muffins are a classic American dessert, usually eaten for breakfast. The muffins are simple to make, with fluffy and soft texture, rich milk flavor, and they taste good when paired with favorite honey or yogurt. Paired with seasonal fruit strawberries, the appearance and taste are superb!

Quinoa Muffins

1. Knock the eggs into the egg beater, add sugar, and mix well.

2. Add corn oil and stir well with egg soot.

3. Add milk and mix well.

4. Sift in the mixture of quinoa cake flour and baking powder.

5. Just stir evenly.

6. Heat in a pan on low heat. Do not put oil in the pan. Spoon a spoonful of batter. After frying for about 1 minute, bubbles begin to appear on the surface. When the bubbles are bursting, turn it over and fry for another minute.

7. Fry all the batter one by one.

8. You can eat it directly, or drizzle it with honey, yogurt, or match it with your favorite fruit.
