"apple Pie" that is So Crispy and Scumming, Kill The One You Bought Outside
1.
Wash the apple, peel and core, and cut into small cubes for later use.
Pour water into the pot, add the diced apple, light cream, white sugar, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon powder to the pot one by one, and stir evenly. Cook the juice over medium heat and the apples are soft and rotten, leaving a small amount of water in the pot.
2.
Add a small amount of corn starch to water and mix thoroughly, the ratio of corn starch to water is about 1:10, then pour it into the pot to thicken, and the water will be thick.
After the apple filling is allowed to cool, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.
Roll the pie crust into 3-4 mm dough and cut it into a square with a side length of 14 cm (you can also play as you like). Make three cuts with a knife on the side of the pie crust, brush the edge (yellow line) of the pie crust with egg wash, and put in an appropriate amount of apple filling.
4.
Fold the crust in half and press tightly, and use a fork to press the edges. Brush the surface with another layer of egg liquid.
5.
Place the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the surface is golden. (Be careful to let cool a little before eating, don't burn your mouth)
Tips:
1. Don't leave any excess water in the apple filling at the end of the juice, otherwise it will not be good for filling.
2. Put a little bit when thickening with corn starch, if you put too much, it will become a lump, which will affect the taste of the finished product.
3. The fillings can be replaced with fruits that you like to eat, such as pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and so on.
4. If you have cinnamon but no cinnamon powder, you can make your own cinnamon powder. Smash the cinnamon into small pieces, sauté on low heat for 3-5 minutes, just smell the aroma. Don't fry it, and then use a wall breaker to make powder. If there is no wall breaker, use a garlic masher, if not, use a rolling pin to mash on a wooden cutting board.
5. Melaleuca pie crust can be replaced with toast slices. Remove the four sides of the toast slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
