Red Bean Rice Cake

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the mold.

The top is covered with honey red beans cooked in advance.

Mix rice cake powder, sugar, and milk and stir well.

Pour on top of honey red beans.
5.
Steam in the pot for half an hour.

After steaming, it is inverted and unmolded, sprinkled with dried osmanthus.
Tips:
1. Be sure to spread plastic wrap, otherwise it will be difficult to demould. If you don't want to put on plastic wrap, try oiling the bottom of the container.
2. Honey red beans can be bought in bags, which is more convenient and trouble-free.
3. The mold used is a 5-piece set of 6-inch non-stick square molds.
