Osmanthus Brown Sugar Rice Cake
1.
Pour the rice cake powder and water into the inner pot of the cook machine.
2.
Start the 3rd gear and knead it into a ball.
3.
Divide into 8 portions, knead and squash, and smear rice cake powder on the bottom to prevent sticking.
4.
Pour oil into the pan and fry the rice cake embryo on both sides.
5.
Melt the brown sugar with boiling water and pour it into the pot.
6.
Cook until both sides are colored, the soup slightly thickens out of the pot, and the surface is sprinkled with sweet-scented osmanthus.
Tips:
1. You can also use glutinous rice flour instead of rice cake flour.
2. Don't cook for too long, otherwise the brown sugar will have a bitter taste.
