Cut the meat into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water, remove it, wash it, and dry it for later use!

Appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, one bay leaf, one star anise, three dried peppers, one small piece of cinnamon, one red fermented bean curd, six or seven rock sugar

Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, dry peppers, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, green onion, and ginger. Add a little water, add rock sugar and red fermented bean curd.
