Red Kiwi Jam

Ingredients: 1800 grams of red kiwi fruit, 400 grams of white sugar

Cut the kiwi fruit in half,

Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp.

Put it in a bowl.

Remove all the pulp.

Pour into the pot and add sugar.

Heat on the fire and crush the kiwi fruit with a spoon.

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and cook until the moisture is reduced, then turn to low heat and simmer.

Stir continuously until the juice is thick and there is no visible moisture. Turn off the heat.

Bottled, sealed and stored.
Tips:
The amount of sugar should be adjusted according to your own taste and sweetness of kiwifruit.
Stir constantly when boiling to prevent splashing or sticking to the bottom of the pot.
The prepared jam can be refrigerated or frozen if it is not used for a long time.
