Red Lotus Pork Ribs Soup

Ribs blanched and set aside

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and cut lotus root

Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker, put in pure water and cooking wine, (you can also put some soy sauce if you like) boil on high heat, turn off the heat and press for 15 minutes.
