Red Wine Crown Pear

Ready pear rock sugar red wine

Peel and core the pear, cut in half, put in a pot, pour red wine, sprinkle with rock sugar, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

After letting the wine juice cool slightly, put it in the refrigerator overnight.

The slices are placed on a plate.
Tips:
You can use ordinary red wine, which tastes very good. I only put half of the rock candy in the bowl and it is very sweet. If it is dry red, I suggest adding more rock candy
