Refreshing Chinese Cabbage

Wash and shred fresh Chinese cabbage. The cabbage gang cuts into shreds from the middle slice.

Shred the red pepper.

Put the chopped cabbage shreds into the container, add salt, sugar (more), white vinegar, chicken essence and red pepper shreds.

Pour in sesame oil and homemade chili oil, and stir evenly. (The tutorial on homemade chili oil was posted earlier.)
5.
Sweet and sour, refreshing and appetizing.
