Ribs with Rice

Wash the ribs, drain the water, add white sugar, salt, soy sauce, ginger and garlic cloves, and marinate for 2 hours.

Soak the mushrooms for 10 minutes in advance.

Dice shiitake mushrooms, wash corn kernels, green peas and carrots for later use.

Wash the rice and soak for 10 minutes.

Put all the materials in 1.3.4 into the electric pressure cooker, add the water for cooking dry rice and select the cooking button.
6.
Wait for the steam from the electric pressure cooker to drain, and sprinkle the chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. If you have time, put the ginger and garlic cloves in a pan and sauté until fragrant. Then stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, corn kernels, green peas and carrots. It should be more fragrant.
