Rice Eel Congee

A cup of pearl rice (I like to use pearl rice to cook porridge, fragrant waxy soft cotton), wash it.

Take another pot, pour the right amount of porridge into the pot and boil.

Marinate the chopped green onion and rice eel with pepper, salt, oil, and rice wine for 15 minutes.

After the porridge is boiled, put the rice eel in the pot and stir it with chopsticks.

Cook for two minutes, the rice eel has been adjusted to taste and does not need to be seasoned.
