Rice Noodles with Mushroom Beef Sauce

Rinse the rice noodles in cold water.

Buy ready-made mushroom beef sauce, small packages, especially suitable for eating up at once.

Pick broccoli into small flowers, soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes, wash repeatedly, peel and wash carrots. If you want to eat cucumbers with their skins, soak and wash them like broccoli. The purpose of soaking is to minimize pesticide residues.

Tips:
