Roasted Cod with Rosemary

Wash the chilled cod fish, remove the scales, put it in a basin, add an appropriate amount of fresh rosemary, salt, 1 lemon slice, chopped pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Do not take out the spices, and place the marinated cod on a baking sheet lined with greased paper.

Put it in the oven, 200°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for about 20 minutes.

Take it out and put it on the plate.

Decorate it a bit.
Tips:
Use chilled cod!
