Steamed Cod

A piece of thawed chilled cod.

Spread ginger juice and salt evenly on both sides. Steam on a drawer for 15 minutes.

Take out the steamed cod from the drawer.

Pour out the steamed water and place on a plate for later use.

A spoonful of light soy sauce in a wok

Neutralize soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and a little salt.

Turn off the heat when the pot comes to a boil, sprinkle a little red pepper and minced ginger.
8.
Finished product.

Use a small spoon to pour the cooked sauce over the cod pieces and serve.
Tips:
PS: If you like fried green onion and chili oil, you can do it again. I don’t like greasy, so I even save on oil😋
