Steamed Cod

1. A piece of thawed chilled cod.

2. Spread ginger juice and salt evenly on both sides. Steam on a drawer for 15 minutes.

3. Take out the steamed cod from the drawer.

4. Pour out the steamed water and place on a plate for later use.

5. A spoonful of light soy sauce in a wok

6. Neutralize soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and a little salt.

7. Turn off the heat when the pot comes to a boil, sprinkle a little red pepper and minced ginger.

Tips:

PS: If you like fried green onion and chili oil, you can do it again. I don’t like greasy, so I even save on oil😋
