Roasted Rabbit Leg

Wash rabbit legs. I usually use salt water to soak them. On the one hand, it can be delicious, and on the other hand, it can remove the fishy.

Add barbecue ingredients, because the rabbit leg itself has a lot of water, you don't need to add water to the barbecue ingredients, and then add them as appropriate after pouring. Dip the meat in the seasoning, preferably marinated overnight.

The marinated rabbit legs are placed in a baking tray or directly on the grilling net. If it is on the grilling net, it needs to be wrapped tightly with tin foil.

Cover the rabbit legs with tin foil.

Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.

Then tear off the tin foil and bake for another 15 minutes, brushing the surface once in the middle. I brush it with bacon water, you can use honey water. Cut into the oven and eat.
Tips:
1. It is best to refrigerate the marinated meat overnight to make it more delicious.
2. After tearing open the tin foil, you can also use a knife to make a few strokes.
3. The oven is different, the temperature and time are only for reference, you must find out the temper of your own oven.
