Roasted Red Three Fishes with Garlic Sauce (barbecue)

Tips:
Garlic water production: chop garlic and add water in a ratio of 2:5.
Fried garlic slices: single garlic slices (cannot be replaced by other garlic), put it in a frying pan and heat it up, pick it up immediately after it is light yellow, and it will be crispy and delicious when it cools.
