Roasted Turtle Dove

Soak the turtle doves in clean water for 30 minutes.

Throw the turtle dove away from the abdomen and do not cut the back.

Put all the seasonings into the basin, mix well and put it in the fresh-keeping box.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Take a piece of tin foil, place a turtle dove, and stuff an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger on the turtle dove’s belly

Wrap the turtledove.

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes and put it in the middle layer of the turtledove.
8.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, then at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Tips:
The turtledoves must be marinated before roasting.
Adding white wine can remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance.
