My friend brought a few turtledoves from Sichuan and said they caught them from the mountain. I saw it for the first time when I grew up, and I didn't know how to eat it. Seeing that the body shape is similar to that of a pigeon, it should be good to eat roasted. I tried it this time and it was really good. It's really a good dish to go with wine.
Turtle doves have delicate meat, good taste, delicious taste and rich nutrition. "
