Rock Rice Porridge with Chicken Sauce

The Nepal rock rice bought online, rinse with water; add water to the pot, add a spoonful of salad oil and cook

Stir while cooking, otherwise it will stick to the pan; after 20 minutes of cooking, remove the rock rice for use

Tips:
The rock rice is boiled and then added to the soup. I think if steaming is used, the nutrients will be more preserved! Try it next time.
