Electric Pressure Cooker Version of Eight-treasure Porridge

Soak lotus seeds, white fungus, red beans and red kidney beans with water.

After soaking, the lotus seeds are cored and the stalks of the white fungus are removed and cut into small pieces. In addition to the longan meat, the other ingredients are put into the electric pressure cooker together.

Add enough water at one time and add coconut sugar.

Select the "Mixed Grain Congee" mode of the electric pressure cooker, and press the start button to start cooking the eight-treasure porridge.

After the electric pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, add longan meat and pine nuts, and stir.

Tips:
1. There is no coconut sugar, brown sugar or brown sugar can be used instead. I prefer coconut sugar, not too sugary.
2、I use Midea electric pressure cooker. Please adjust the cooking level of the eight-treasure porridge according to the pressure performance of your home appliance.
3、Mei’s electric pressure cooker has an appointment function. You can start the "Mixed Grain Porridge" mode at night, and after the program is over, make an appointment for the "Porridge" mode the next morning, so that you can enjoy the steaming eight-treasure porridge in the morning.
4. You can replace your favorite beans and nuts by yourself. Dry beans are best to be soaked in advance. The longan meat must be added at the end, otherwise it is easy to boil and affect the taste.
