Rose Flower Crystal Cake
1.
Ingredients: 200 grams of crystal cake powder, 520 grams of water, 50 grams of soft white sugar, 10 grams of roses.
2.
Brew the roses with hot water at a time and pour them out, add 80 degrees water to soak until the roses have a delicate fragrance and pink. At this time, take out the roses and let the tea cool.
3.
After the crystal cake powder has been sifted, add soft white sugar and stir well. The crystal cake steamed through a sieve is delicate, soft and fragrant, without pores.
4.
Then pour it into a large plate, stir the soaked rose tea clockwise until there are no particles, let it rest for 5 minutes, so that the crystal powder can fully dissolve and eliminate bubbles.
5.
Mix well crystal cake powder, pour it into half of the mold, and shake it to remove the bubbles. The mold I used does not have a bottom, so I use a flat plate underneath.
6.
Put it in the steamer and set the time to 12 minutes. I use a steamer. The firepower of this steamer is relatively high and the time is relatively short. If you use an ordinary steamer, increase or decrease the time according to the firepower.
7.
When it is steamed for 3 minutes, it is solidified. Put in the washed roses, then pour the crystal cake paste on top of the roses, and continue to steam.
8.
It can be eaten after letting cool, and it can be stored in the refrigerator for easy demoulding.
Tips:
1. Crystal cake can not only add rose tea, but also vegetable juice, such as spinach juice, orange juice, etc. are very delicious. 2. The sugar should be soft white sugar, which is easy to mix evenly. If you use granular white sugar, the steamed crystal cake will have very honeycomb holes. 3. The rose must be solidified when you put it in, otherwise the rose will drop to the bottom.
