The recipe is adapted from the sesame cake made before. I wanted to make a rose cake to get rid of the cooked flour, but the cooked flour was too little, so I used black sesame flour to make up the number. The smell of sesame seems to overwhelm the fragrance of roses.

Rose Sesame Cake

1. Ingredients: 58 grams of cooked flour, 22 grams of homemade black sesame powder, 25 grams of powdered sugar, 20 grams of rose sauce, 10 grams of peanut oil

Tips:

Try to rub the black sesame powder as much as possible, and rub it with other powders into a loose state without particles. The final cake powder should be able to grasp and knead into a ball, not loose.
The unit weight of the finished product can be adjusted according to the own mold
