Salmon Quinoa Salad

1. Soak the red quinoa for 2 hours in advance, changing the water several times during the period to remove the astringency

2. Put it in a pot and boil for 15 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes

3. After cooking, take it out and rinse with cold boiled water to drain and set aside

4. Cut into small pieces of salmon belly meat left over from making sashimi

5. Put the right amount of olive oil in the pan

6. Fry the salmon until the color changes on both sides

7. Add some salt to taste

8. Add some crushed black pepper

9. Put the cooked quinoa in a bowl, add salad juice and mix well

10. Put the fried salmon on top of quinoa and squeeze some green kumquat juice when eating

Tips:

If you don’t have salad sauce, you can use salad dressing or make your own vinaigrette!
