The first time I made salt-baked chicken legs, I used sea salt provided by Meijiejie.

Salt Baked Chicken Drumsticks

1. Clean the roots of the drumsticks

2. Roll a few times with a toothpick

3. Add cooking wine

4. Add soy sauce

5. Add fuel consumption

6. After adding the marinade

7. Add sea salt

8. Grab well and marinate for 3 hours

9. Marinated

10. Take it out and put it on tin foil

11. Add in all the sea salt, ground and crushed

12. Wrapped in tin foil

13. On the oven

14. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
