Salt Baked Shrimp - Seafood Udon Noodle Soup

Salt-baked shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, udon noodles, fish balls, watercress.

Cut the mushrooms and fish balls, peel the shrimps, and wash the watercress.

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles to a boil, and transfer the noodles to the soup bowl after cooking.

Re-boil water, add some oil, and add fish balls and shrimp to make the soup.

Cook until the fish balls are up, add the mushrooms.
