Salted Duck Leg Stewed Soybeans

1. Wash 2 salted duck legs;

2. Soak soy beans 8-10 hours in advance;

3. Chop duck legs into small pieces;

4. 1 garlic chopped; ginger sliced; dried chili cut; 3 star anises;

5. Put the soybeans and duck leg pieces into the pot;
