Salted Edamame

Wash the edamame in water to remove the silt on the surface of the edamame.

Use scissors to cut both ends of the edamame.

Put the processed edamame into the pot, add water to submerge the edamame, and add all the seasonings.

Cook on the heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

The boiled edamame is soaked in salt water until it cools completely, remove and eat.
Tips:
1. Cut both ends of the edamame so that the cooked edamame is more delicious.
2. Do not remove the boiled edamame immediately, soak it in salt water for a period of time, and it will be very tasty when it cools.
