In the past few days, my baby was clamoring to eat meat. He bought a pound of pork belly and made braised pork. The sauce was made according to his taste. It was fat but not greasy. It was a basic CD for a person.

Sauce-flavored Braised Pork

1. Wash and cut pork belly.

2. Fill the pot with enough water that has not had the pork belly, add pork belly and ginger slices, bring to a boil and turn to low heat.

3. Skim off the foam and add all the seasonings at once.

4. Keep the lid on a low heat and simmer.

5. Simmer until the soup thickens, open the lid and stir fry over medium heat.

6. Stir fry until the soup is almost dry.

7. Spread out the serving plate and pour in the remaining soup.

8. Have a taste

Tips:

1. The amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to your preferences.
2. Try to choose fat and thin pork belly, not too thin.
