Savory Fried Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried powder and dried shiitake mushrooms in advance.

2. Wash the ingredients clean and shred.

3. From the pan, pour the oil and heat into the eggs and stir fry quickly.

4. Add the carrots and onions and stir fry for a minute.

5. Pour in mung bean sprouts and ball vegetables, and continue to stir-fry for another minute.

6. Pour the dried powder and stir fry together. It is recommended to stir-fry with a shaker or chopsticks. The dried powder is not easy to fry.

7. Add seasonings in turn: salt, chicken bouillon soy sauce and thirteen sesame oil chili (according to personal preference).

8. Stir-fry evenly, put the green onions, and raise the pan. Fragrant.

Tips:

Because light soy sauce is made of salt, you must put less salt.
