Scallion and Ginger Fish

Ingredients: eye fish (washed).

Boil the washed mackerel in boiling water and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, add in the blanched mackerel, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add some salt, soy sauce, and sugar to taste and stir well, then put the chives.
