Scallion Oil Broom Seedlings

Pinch off the old stems of the broom vegetables and wash them.

Fry the washed broom vegetables in boiling water and remove them, soak them in clean water, and then dry them.

Add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

Pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Sprinkle with ripe sesame seeds.

Dig in the crushed garlic.

Tips:
1. The leaf surface of the broom seedlings is rough, and more vegetable oil can be put in the cold dressing.
2. Broom seedlings should be blanched for a longer period of time, and they are easy to digest after eating.
