Scallion Oil Gentian

Kill the gentian, put a knife on both sides of the fish body, put it on the plate, put cooking wine and salt on the belly of the fish, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut a few slices of ginger pad under the fish body, put shredded ginger and green onion on the fish body, put 2 slices of ginger and a small green onion in the belly.
