Scrambled Eggs with Celery Leaves

Wash fresh celery leaves.

Beat two eggs and put them in a bowl. Forgot to shoot this step. Chop the washed celery leaves into fine pieces and pour them into the egg bowl.

Add a little salt and mix thoroughly to form egg mixture.

Drain the oil and heat it up.
5.
Pour in the beaten egg mixture.
6.
Stir fry evenly.

Out of the pot!
