Mooncake crust: Mix it with syrup, peanut oil, and liquid water.

Divide into small groups of 16 equal parts; PS: Don't knead, just divide into small groups.

Mooncake filling: Wash the red beans, add an appropriate amount of water, and put in a sealed bag to freeze and agglomerate; PS: This will cook quickly

Take it out and put it in the pot and boil it;

Use a food processor to puree the cooked red beans;

Hot pot, add red bean paste, fry to remove moisture;

Tips:
1. Cheats for fast cooking of red beans: put it in the refrigerator and freeze, quickly take it out and cook;
2. When adding oil, the red bean paste should be fried until the oil is completely absorbed;
3. The mooncake crust is very sticky when it is mixed well and needs to be left for 1-2 hours;
4. Before putting it in the oven, spray water again, it should not be too early, it is easy to lose the moon cake pattern;
5. Don't apply too much egg yolk liquid, as the place where the egg yolk liquid is easy to stick.
