Seafood Congee

1. Blanch the seafood with ginger slices

2. Put rice and water in the pot and pour the cooked seafood

3. Pour shredded ginger and shiitake mushrooms

4. Season with salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper
