defeat.
I thought it would be much better the second time I made soy candies. Although the recipe has been changed and an additional process has been added, the fundamental things have not changed, and it should not have much impact.
Beforehand, make full preparations for all the details envisaged, clean up the site in a time period that is not likely to be disturbed, and start to take action. The progress seemed to be going very well, until the bean noodles were mixed and poured out for plastic surgery, all the things I didn't expect came out. First of all, there seems to be too much bean noodles, and it feels a bit difficult to mix. Pour out the bean noodles and fold and press. It doesn't seem to be easy to become a firm piece. It seems pretty good to be able to guarantee that it won't fall apart. I felt very discouraged all at once. The step of replacing pure sesame powder with the remaining sesame glutinous rice balls filling is still bitter, but, obviously, it is just a delusion to roll it up as a filling. I had no choice but to press it into the bean noodles while it was still barely possible, and it became the inner interlayer. Then, there was nothing that could be saved. With frustration, I started to cut into strips and patted off the surface of the soybean noodles. It seemed that it could be cut a bit smaller, so cut into two more pieces. . .
Could the problem be that the soybean noodles are not thin enough? Before I started stir-frying, I discovered that the soy noodles bought at the grocery store are significantly different from the one I bought online last time. The soybean noodles from the last time were fine, like flour. And this time, not only was there a grainy twist, but the tiny particles could also be seen with the naked eye. Large particles will increase the overall volume. Is this the reason why you feel too much bean noodles when mixing? Then dominoes fall down? Could the thickness of the bean noodles be the cause of the failure? Or is it purely a reason for the frustration suffered?
