Sesame Peach Kernels

Dried walnut kernels go through Shui Nao first, and use another pot to heat up the oil!

Add water ~ rock sugar ~ honey to the pot, then add the watered walnut kernels, stir fry until it is a bit sticky, then add the hot 60 to 70% oil.

After frying, pour into stainless steel utensils, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, stir well, pour into iron pan and separate the grains with chopsticks until cool!
