Pour 10 grams of yeast into the bucket of the bread machine, add 330 grams of warm water and stir evenly with chopsticks, and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes;

Add 500 grams of regular powder, 5 grams of baking powder and 5 grams of white sugar;

Turn on the dough mixer and knead the dough evenly (I used it for five minutes);

Cover the top cover and ferment for ten minutes, so that the dough will ferment to a state of large pores;

Open the lid, cut the dough into a few small openings with scissors, pour in 50 grams of flour in small amounts several times, and start the bread maker kneading program (I knead the dough for about five minutes), and knead the dough and flour evenly;

Cover the top cover and let it stand for 10 minutes;

After proofing, take out the dough and divide it into 12 small pieces, and round them separately;

Take a small dough and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin;

Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top, use a rolling pin to roll the sesame seeds into the noodles to embed them;

Fold the dough up and down in half;

Roll it into thin slices again, and do this shaping three times in total (this will expel a lot of air from the dough);

Finally, the dough is rounded and rolled into a circle;

After all are completed, arrange them in order from the first to the twelfth (this is to save the time of proofing after the shaping, starting from the beginning of the shaping!);

Put the slightly fattening dough into the preheated electric cake stall in order;

Cover the lid and fry on both sides for 3 minutes, until the surface is browned and emits a rich cake fragrance (my electric cake is heated at the same time at the top and bottom of the fire, do not need to turn over, set the scallion pan to cook in 6 minutes), open the lid and take it out ;
