Shallot Sesame Oil Soy Sauce Noodle
1.
Boil a large pot of water (boil more~) and bring to a boil
2.
Prepare a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce on the bottom of the bowl, pour a part of the water that has just been boiled, and make the noodle soup. You can taste the saltiness, add soy sauce if it is light, and add water if it is salty~
3.
The remaining boiled water will continue to be used to cook the noodles; add the noodles and cook for two to three minutes (the time given on the package of the noodles you bought~)
4.
Dump the noodles directly into the soy sauce soup, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and finish
Tips:
After reading what everyone did, let’s summarize:
1. I use June fresh soy sauce (equivalent to light soy sauce). Some students use dark soy sauce, so the color will be dark and it tastes sweet.
2. Each kind of soy sauce has a difference in saltiness and lightness. The June fresh is just about the same after soaking in water; some students think that the soup is weak, but don't want to add too much soy sauce, so add some salt to taste!
3. Regarding cooking noodles, drop a few drops of oil and add some salt. This is all right, just follow the usual habit of cooking noodles~
4. Generally speaking, it is indeed a light noodle. If you feel weak, add some salt or spicy, it will do!
5. As for nutrition, I think that if you eat it at noon, it will be used as the staple food, and there are all kinds of stir-fried vegetables for a meal... eat it in the morning, then a bowl of smooth noodles is nothing. If you have vegetables and eggs on hand, throw in them; more often, for example, if you don’t want to cook, or you don’t have food reserves when you return from a trip, simply eating a meal like this should not be nutritionally incomplete...
6. What else.... I'll add it if I think about it!
